Bijlmer Parktheater in Amsterdam receives a colorful renewal


Lumen Solutions has been given the opportunity to contribute to a renewed lightdesign for the Bijlmer Parktheater. This project was carried out in collaboration with the municipality of Amsterdam.

Lumen Solution´s responsibillity in this project was coming up with a new light-technical interpretation and the implementation of this, whereas the now ten year old facade-installation has been replaced. This old installation has been replaced for more than 170 (RGBW) LED luminaires.

Ultimately, the choice was set on the Archworks Arcshine 6. This because the price-quality ratio of this luminaire, but also of the entire project, fitted exactly in the municipality´s plans.  In addition, the DMX control is set up through 1x Cuecore & 1x B-station.


On behalf of Lumen Solutions, we have done our best to meet the demands and wishes of this project as well as possible, and we also hope that the municipality of Amsterdam is satisfied with the achieved results.

In addition, we would like to thank the municipality of Amsterdam & the Bijlmer Parktheater for a great collaboration, and we wish them a lot of fun with this renewed lightinginstallation in the coming years.
